An unidentified woman was killed by Walter Kindel, along with her husband and their baby in their home in Los Angeles. The assassin then abducted and tortured their ten-years-old daughter, Dana, who survived the incident in a catatonic state, and stayed in a hospital until she was called as a Slayer in 2004.[1]
