Andy (last name unknown) was a resident of London. Corky Smallwood confronted him when he was walking down the street at night. To "remind him of his place" Corky and his pixies attacked him until Angel intervened. Andy was scared of Angel, however, having been told not to talk to him as "he'd make it worse", and ran off.
Andy later traveled down into the London sewers to bring Corky a glass jar. Because Andy had talked to Angel, and to send Angel the message that Corky runs Magic Town, Corky and his pixies killed Andy and strung up his body on the ceiling, which Angel later found.
