Sergeant Ernest LaQuay

Sergeant Ernest LaQuay,^[1] originally known as Bluecoat Sergeant 2,^[2] is a Pirates minifigure released in 2015.

Background[]

Ernest LaQuay is the younger brother of Cadet Rita LaQuay, and the son of Captain Ennio LaQuay and DJ Captain Mary LaQuay. He was once a pirate like his parents, during which time he was relentlessly pursued by Rita. He has since turned lawful and joined the Bluecoats under the command of Admiral Nonsuch. However, he still relies on his dirty tricks and underhanded tactics that he learned as a pirate.

Trivia
Captured by Admiral Nonsuch, Ernest LaQuay, of the Scurvy LaQuay Siblings, knew the end was near. But Nonsuch was in need of good men and was willing to make a deal. Now, Sergeant Ernest LaQuay is Admiral Nonsuch's right hand and leads a life of law and luxury. Beats being a pirate!
