- It can also be combined with 70204 CHI Worriz to make a larger crocodile with a blade made completely out of red lasers and a saw hand.
- In this set, Cragger's Vengdualize has a long handle and short blades, while it normally is the other way around.
- In addition, the Vengdualize only has one laser activated, whereas both are usually activated at once.
- Despite being scheduled to be released in August 2013, the building instructions appeared on the CHIMA website on June 3, 2013. It also appeared on the online Lego store and the description on the CHIMA website a day after. The same happened with the other buildable figures, as well as the sets 70010 The Lion CHI Temple and 70014 The Croc Swamp Hideout.
