Imperfect Arrancar[]

I know in the last scene of Volume 3 of the manga, Grand Fisher was turned into an Imperfect Arrancar by Iceringer. When did they show the form that is underneath his hollow pic?

Release[]

According to the page, Grand Fisher uses his Ressurecion in order to become his more monstrous form. However, this appears to be inaccurate for several reasons.

1. Though Arrancar releases were not known or elaborated at the time, this form change are still completely unlike later Arrancar (somewhat debunked by the fact that Grand Fisher was not a menos).

2. In the official Viz translation, he says something to the extent of "This is my power form!" In the translation on OneManga, he says "This is the extent of my power!" He does not say anything that suggests a sword release.

3. He DID NOT draw his sword until AFTER the transformation. Again, this might be due to his incomplete status.

4. Again, unlike other Arrancar, this transformation did not make him appear closer to his original Hollow form, but rather appeared radically different. MajoraPersona 17:51, October 16, 2009 (UTC)

Powers & Abilities[]

I have re-organized this section to match the style of the other character pages, and also better present the information. I also decided that it would be best to clearly distinguish between the powers of GF as a Hollow and as an Arrancar, so I've split it into subsections accordingly. Is Grande Fisher an Adjuchas ?[]

Think Grande Fisher is an Adjuchas because a normal hollow cannot be converted into Arrancer by using Hōgyoku. Because hollow removing their masks would need to be Gillian or stronger.^[1]—This unsigned comment is by Morin Das (talk • contribs) . Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

No, he isn't. It was never stated that only Menos can become Arrancar. In fact, because Grand Fisher is such an inhuman Arrancar without a resurrecion only further proves he was not a Menos, just a regular (if strong) Hollow. Timjer ^(talk) 17:46, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

Please sign your posts Morin so that people can tell who is talking. Thank you. Grand Fisher was a normal, albeit exceptionally dangerous Hollow. He was refered to as such by Rukia, who happened to know about Menos and likely would not have made that mistake given that she knew about Grand Fisher. He became an Arrancar immeadiately after losing to Ichigo, as shown in chapter 25 - see the picture and the article if you were not aware of this. No Source for Eating Children in Manga[]

I have read the manga not one I have seen a mention that Grand Fisher prefer targets are children. Only in the anime, it is mentioned that he prefer to eat women.

Yeah, that sounds like an assumption from him targeting Ichigo, which seemed to be primarily for his ridiculous spiritual power rather than his age - and with EBtR flashback from TYBW, we know there's more to that situation than people knew whenever that trivia was written up.
