- If you look behind Tilly and Nancy in the repair shop, a calendar hangs on the wall with the month of February, suggesting this episode is set within that month. The 1st and 2nd are on Sunday and Monday and are x'd out, suggesting this took place on February 3. Judging by its appearance, the month could take place in the year of 2015 or 2026, when in 2020 (the year the episode was released), February began on a Saturday.
- When Nancy says "Are you sure this is want you want?" her eyelashes disappear.
- When Cricket says "It's not about zucchini!" the original sketchwork of the background can be visible in a few edges of the screen to the left and right.
- Ron the guard orders no one to run in the mall, but when Nancy sheds part of Tilly's elderly getup, she begins running and does not get caught.
- Also in "Photo Op", the Greens are seen running several times and yet, none of them got caught.
- If Saxon got pierced, part of his stuffing would've fallen out where the piercing holes are.
- When Tilly was getting her ears pierced, we hear the second clip only half a second after Tilly's first "Ow." This is impossible, as the piercing woman would have to take time to walk over to Tilly's side; she would've mysteriously teleported to the other side of Tilly or quickly reached over her to pierce her other ear.
- Nancy showed Tilly her Tattoo she was embarrassed about on her left leg, but in Shark Objects the Tattoo was never shown before.
- While Tilly is dressed as a businesswoman, her body keeps changing height and weight.
- When Tilly gasps after saying "That's it," her mouth doesn't move when she gasps
- On the Disney+ closed captions, when Greasy locks the bathroom, the sound effect text says "[door locks]" when it's supposed to say "[locks door]"
- When Nancy says "Okay, thanks, I'll try to--", her lips disappeared in only 1 frame.
