Uncategorized articles
[редактиране на кода]Hello, Mustafa MVC! I don't know how you check if an article is uncategorized, but clearly some of the articles are categorized (e.g. Потиеви, 541 г. пр.н.е. and so on), although the categories are non-existant at the moment. --Ted Masters (беседа) 19:08, 17 март 2023 (UTC)
- Hello @Ted Masters. I use an SQL query to detect articles, which naturally does not accept categories with red links. This is because such a category does not exist and does not fulfill its function. Basically, we also accept red-linked categories as uncategorized. - I might be wrong, but I think we do not have a practice to add this template if there is at least one category in the page (it doesn't matter whether the category is existing or not). --Ted Masters (беседа) 19:20, 17 март 2023 (UTC)
- It would be wrong to add the template even if there is a category, but the existing category does not exist. Could you please tag users who might have an opinion on the matter? I am not familiar with the Bulgarian Wikipedia community, so I can't do it myself. I am canceling the remaining 283 articles for now. I wonder what other users think about this. - I find this template useless. There is already a built-in MediaWiki feature for this kind of tracking. Anyway, I've asked for opinions on WP:VP. I guess we'll have to wait and see if someone cares enough to give an opinion. ;) --Ted Masters (беседа) 21:14, 17 март 2023 (UTC)
