Description[]
A meteorite, engulfed in green energy, travels through space. It homes in on Earth, spiraling towards the United States of America. A flash transitions to a view of the Omnitrix's faceplate, which zooms out to reveal Ben, who then activates the watch and slams down the dial. He morphs into Four Arms and flexes his muscles, as the number one appears alongside him. The number begins to count up, showcasing Heatblast's pyrokinesis, XLR8's super-speed, Diamondhead's body alternation (specifically, his arm), Cannonbolt's sphere form, Upgrade's self-liquefication, Grey Matter's jumping abilities, Overflow's hydrokinesis, Wildvine's tendrils, and Stinkfly's flight. Once all ten aliens have been shown off, Stinkfly flies towards the screen, facing the viewer. He quickly spins around, morphing back into Ben. The camera zooms out, showing Ben giving Max and Gwen and handshake. They depart, and Ben confidently runs forward, as the Ben 10 logo appears behind him, along with all of his aliens.

The theme song received cosmetic changes in each following season, corresponding with the Omnitrix changing appearance and its playlists being altered.

- Jetray takes Stinkfly's spot.
- Ben, Gwen, and Max do finger guns at each other.

- The aliens are now in their Omni-Kix forms, though they keep the same positioning and poses from the previous opening.
In Ben 10 Versus the Universe: The Movie, the same theme is used, but the visuals are entirely altered. It begins with Ben, Gwen and Max running towards a green beam of energy hitting the ground. A green flash transitions to a shot of Ben activating the Omnitrix and slamming down the dial, cutting to a shot of Four Arms in a forest combatting Dr. Animo. It then cuts to Zombozo firing a gun at Heatblast, who evades the attack and shoots fire at the clown. Next, XLR8 is shown bounding ocer LaGrange's car. It cuts to Diamondhead, who creates crystalline walls in the presence of Lord Decibel. In a laboratory, Cannonbolt bounces around Billy Billions, who fails to land a shot as he uncurls from his sphere form. On some greens, Shock Rock does battle with Kraab. Their weapons clash, creating a white flash which transitions to Sydney at a campground, failing to get some Slapbacks off of himself. In some woods, Rath sneak-attacks Tim Buktu from above. On a dock, Humungousaur launches Steam Smythe's Clocktopus into the nearby water. Lastly, Jetray flies around Hex, dodging his attacks. He flies into the camera, which transitions to a shot of Ben, Gwen and Max preparing to drive. Kevin then appears from behind Max's seat, flicking Ben. The title card is then shown, with a background depicting a silhouetted Ben standing atop the Earth.

Specials' Opening Sequences[]
The three specials of Season 5 forgo having the usual theme song, and instead feature short and unique opening sequences. Their descriptions are as follows:
Ben 10,010[]
A green beam of energy shoots across the night sky in a forest, which Ben, Gwen, and Max all look towards. In front of them stands Hex, Solar Twain, Polar Twain, Steam Smythe (with his Clocktopus), Maurice, Sydney, Zombozo, and Dr. Animo. They, along with Tim Buktu and Michael Morningstar surround Ben, who confidently slams down on the Omnitrix's dial. A green flash appears, transitioning to a scene of Heatblast, who then transforms into Rath, Diamondhead, Jetray, XLR8, Cannonbolt, Slapback, Humungousaur, Shock Rock, and finally Four Arms. In front of a smoldering city, text reading BEN 10 appears. It quickly counts up, reading BEN 10,010.
Ben Gen 10[]
The opening sequence begins with Ben's arm rising up as the Omnitrix flashes green. Driving the Rustbucket, Max and Gwen look back at Ben, who is in the doorway. He slams down on the Omnitrix, transforming into XLR8, rushing ahead of the RV. Through a telephone pole screen wipe, XLR8 is swapped out for Jetray, Cannonbolt, Four Arms (who punches an oncoming truck), and Rath (who takes out several of Vilgax's drones). Diamondhead then creates a crystal ramp for the Rustbucket, which is caught by Humungousaur and then tossed overhead. Shock Rock leaps onto the Rustbucket, then turning into Slapback who splits into four, parkouring across the top of the Rustbucket. They reconvene as another telephone pole screen wipe occurs, with Heatblast now on the front of the vehicle. The Rustbucket then turns to the camera, which Heatblast unleashes fire at. The BEN GEN 10 title card appears, in front of a spinning gear and circuitry patterns.
Alien X-Tinction[]
The opening sequence shows Ben turning into Four Arms, then Rath, Diamondhead, XLR8, and Slapback. Gwen and Max drive in the Rustbucket. Then Shock Rock, Cannonbolt, Jetray, Humungousaur, and Heatblast are shown. We see the silhouettes of multiple Omnitrix-wearing figures; Original Series Ben, Alien Force Ben, Ultimate Alien Ben, Omniverse Ben. Ben stands proud; Max and Gwen hug him and he runs forward. A pair of green eyes opens behind a purple galaxy on the ALIEN X-TINCTION title card.
Errors[]
- In the opening for Ben 10 Versus the Universe: The Movie, Rath's nose is colored white.
