Touch And It Will Hurt is an achievement/trophy in the first Bayonetta game that is unlocked by countering 10 enemy attacks using the Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa.
You will first need to buy the Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa from the Gates of Hell for 200,000 halos. Once you have it then equip it. Now when an enemy attacks push the left joystick in the direction of the attack. A black symbol will appear and deflect the attack.
For this achievement you need to counter the enemy. To do this you need do to use the Moon's ability at the very last second. Its similar to how you need to dodge at the last second to activate Witch Time. When you successfully time the attack then you'll deflect it then do damage to the enemy. You must do this 10 times.

The Xbox 360 achievement adds 15 points to the player's Gamerscore.
The PlayStation 3 trophy gives the player a 'Bronze' trophy.
