The Bad Pennies were a band of juvenile delinquents previously enrolled in Woodrow Roosevelt High School. The group were employed by the Joker as henchmen, working for him to encourage other students to become criminals. The Bad Pennies were eventually subdued by Batman and Robin. During the investigations, Dick tried to infiltrate them without success.
