Bluebeard was a henchman of the United Underworld.
Biography[]
When Catwoman in her Miss Kitka guise arrived at their hideout, Bluebeard greets her with an "Ahoy" and addresses her by her real name, leading Catwoman to slap his face and scolds him about saying her real name in public.
Bluebeard was later seen on board Penguin's Pre-Nuclear Submarine with Joker, Penguin and Riddler where they trap Batman and Robin with their magnetized bell buoy, but the heroes escaped in the Batboat after surviving the torpedoes.
He was later part of the kidnapping of Bruce Wayne and Miss Kitka (Catwoman) as part of the villains' plan to kill Batman and Robin, but Bruce fought the villains and escapes (not realizing that Miss Kitka was Catwoman all the time).
Bluebeard was seen aboard on board as part of the United World Security Council kidnapping, but he, along with his bosses and fellow henchmen, was defeated and apprehended by Batman and Robin after surfacing the submarine with their Batzooka.

He has a blue beard and orange clothing with a green bandana.

While Batman and Robin don't go into crimefighting alone, Bluebeard has some associates that help him and the United Underworld in their crimes.
