"Caring Means Sharing" is the ninth episode from the first season of Barney & Friends.
Plot[]
Barney is a very large dinosaur but there may not be enough of him to go around. Min and Kathy quarrel over whose turn it is to play with their purple pal. Since her family is so small, Kathy doesn't know a lot about sharing. Coming from a large family, Min is tired of sharing. But Barney has a special magic gift for her which will help change her mind about sharing! Through catchy songs and a puppet show, Min, Kathy, and Baby Bop learn about sharing, working, and playing together.

Adaptations[]
Hachaverim Shel Barney[]
- In the Hebrew version, all of the songs were a semitone lower except for the "Barney Theme Song". In that same version, "Taking Turns" was sung, but it was shortened. However, "Michael Finnegan" was left out altogether.
- During "Yarkon Bridge", if you look closely at the mirror, a cameraman and a staff member can be seen in the reflection.
- A magical sound effect was used when Barney and the kids pull the parachute off of Baby Bop when she arrives.
- The puppet show of "The Little Red Hen" is not performed.
- In "Who Took the Cookies", Tal is called "Hillel" and Gal is called "Nir", whom believably were supposed to be in this episode, as well as in "The More We Share Together" where Barney also calls Gal "Nir".
- Baby Bop disappears for a second time when she leaves after "Mr. Knickerbocker" was sung in this version.
- In this version, Yana and Karen say goodbye to Barney a second time after they took turns holding him as he was reverted back to his plush form.
- Barney is voiced by Yehoyachin Friedlander instead of Avi Termin.
