The VAMPREG.ITM is a undroppable item worn in one of the creature's ring slots. The item provides the creature (typically a Vampire) with various immunities and abilities. These include:
- Regeneration of 1 Hit point every 2 seconds.
- Immune to Poison and Poison damage.
- Immune to Disease effects.
- Immune to Sleep (Status Effect) and Unconscious effects.
- Immunity to Charm creature and blocking text string messages associated with this effect.
- Immunity to Panic and blocking text string messages associated with this effect.
- Immunity to Morale Break and failure status effects and blocking text string messages associated with those effects.
- Immunity to the Berserk status effect.
- Immunity to Hold and Paralyze status effects and blocking text string messages associated with those effects.
- Immunity to Level drain and blocking text string messages associated with those effects.
