Rayic Gethras’s Home

Rayic Gethras’s Home is located in the Docks District of the city of Athkatla. The Galvarey Estate is next door. The front gate is unlocked but the front door is locked and warded against entry until you have undertaken the Find Proof of Mae'Var's Treachery side quest. Gorion's Ward's companion from the Baldur's Gate adventure, Edwin Odesseiron, will request that you enter the residence and eliminate its owner, Rayic Gethras.

At this point the front door is now wide open and you will find Rayic on the third floor of the house. However, you must battle through two Fire Mephits, two Ice Mephits, and two Magma Mephits on the first floor and two Stone Golems on the second floor before your able to access the third floor.

First Floor[]

• The trapped^{(Disarm: 50)} and locked⁽⁵⁰⁾ bookcase contains a scroll of Clairvoyance and a Cursed Scroll of Weakness. The table contains a scroll of Protection From Magic Energy and a copy of the History of the Red Ravens.

Second Floor[]

• The pillows on the middle bed contains 114 and an item of well-off random treasure.

Third Floor[]

• The raised, circular, bowl-shaped container is trapped^{(Disarm: 70)} and contains a Wand of Fire (10 charges) and 220 . The table is also trapped^{(Disarm: 70)} and contains a scroll of Mislead and an item of poor random treasure.
