Other than bejeweling its wearer or being sold to a merchant in exchange for more useful items, this necklace has no specific purpose. It is, however, a true unique item, as it is only equipped by a single character and not found anywhere else.

- Equipped by one of the slavers in company of Suna Seni when encountered for the second time in a random area in Amn, before setting sails to Brynnlaw
