Eagle Eye are a type of floating eyes created by Iycanth the Mad in Abazigal's Lair. Though easy to kill, they can cast an unlimited number of minor spells in rapid succession to damage the party.
They somehow wield a Composite Longbow +3 with 120 Arrow +3 but it is never used, nor is it needed considering their damage output. They drop nothing.
