Booter is a bit of a twisted gnome who's in charge of prisoner safety and health as the "official torturer" for the Shadow Thieves. He specializes in extracting confessions and such by keeping his subjects alive for as long as possible, which "requires just the right touch". He is found in the torture chamber that's located inside of Aran Linvail's Hideout, tending to one of his current prisoners and trying to get his apprentice to learn the craft.
If you have sided with Bodhi, he carries the Shadow Thief Prison Key which is needed to access the rest of the Aran Linvail's Hideout.
