This bow can be found at Coast Way Crossing map. M'Khiin has to be recruited to the party first. Then you have to go to a place among the trees, to the south west from "Baeloth's Black Pit to End All Black Pits", where you first meet Baeloth and M'Khiin, and to the north east of the ancient menhir which is directly to the north of the Flaming Fist encampment. The corpses of some goblins lay on the ground there (1096.1787), which can be found even without M'Khiin in the party. But when she's in the party, she will note the smell of dead goblin when she's near.
She can then summon the ghosts of the slayed and have a conversation with them that gives some backstory to her. She loses control of the spirits and they attack, but then they try to surrender when they have taken enough damage. Navigate the right dialogue path and they reveal that they had stashed some things under a tree west of the bridge in the same area. It's the tree with the yellow leaves north west of the entrance to the blockaded bridge, directly to the east of Baeloth's fight pit. Beware of the traps! Near the stash location, there is a set of 3 traps on the road (2899.706), (3055.693), (3009.667). Another one is a little further (2762.491), and the final trap is where the bow is hidden (2656.421) along with some other valuables. The bow is for M'Khiin only.
