Level -120.1 looks like an abandoned hospital which is famous for the extreme fear that wanderers feel in this level and the occasional gravitational hazards which may happend in this level. There are also a lot of entities in this level which are mostly undocumented, aside from Lighters, Goliath Anethikas, Aranea Membri and Windows. In this level there are random patterns of rooms and corridors, common sites in this level are giant rooms surrounded by windows which are normally covered by Liquid Pain, waiting rooms where the chairs may float around the room as if they were alive and rooms where light comes from the floor.

While exploring this level, one may find that the gravity may change suddenly, these fluctuations are extremely dangerous since a wanderer's body may not resist the pressure. The gravitational hazards can sometimes be helpful, since some regions are inaccessible without fluctuations.

Level -120.1 was discovered between 13th October and 3rd December during the "Exploration -120" expedition. "Exploration -120" was an expedition into the depths of Level -120 to map out the level and possibly discover sublevels, it was probably november when wanderers discovered a pool inside the darkened hospital, they decided to explore it, and but when they touched the pool, they were teleported into Level -120.1, they explored it for a few days, until in 3rd December they suffered an extreme gravitational fluctuation, most didn't survive, except for three people who were severely injured, who managed to escape the level. To this day, wanderers say that they are haunted by the spirits of the explorers. Wanderers might have explored this level before the confirmed discovery date, but they probably didn't survive.

Wanderers have reported that the deeper one goes into this level, more gravitational fluctuations will happend and wanderers will feel even more fear. Most entities lurk deeper into this level, but the Lighters usally stay near the entrances. Undocumented entities are generally harder to find within the level.

Inside this level, there are certain regions where the floor, the ceiling and the walls will crush wanderers, this event is common, but easily avoidable, since before this happens, red lights will come from the floor. There are also events where one is randomly teleported to Level -120, sometimes upside down or sideways. Other events are when certain regions are flooded, when folk songs can be heard throughout this level, when a fire happens in a random region of this level and when people are trapped in one region of the level and can't leave.

This level is darker the deeper one goes and at a point, one may stop being able to see anything, at this point, entities may attack more frequently, specially undocumented entities.

Colonies and Outposts[]

There are no colonies or outposts inside this level, due to it being extremely dangerous.

Entities[]

As mentioned before, there are only undocumented entities aside from Lighters, Goliath Anethikas, Aranea Membri and Windows

Some Lighters in this level are hotter than 12000 kelvin, and have been reported going up to 25000 kelvin, but these are extremely rare and one must be extremely unlucky to encounter one of them.

Two of the undocumented entities have been given names and are more unique than others.

Joeys[]

Joeys are kangaroo-like dark and red-eyed entities who are extremely hostile to other entities and wanderers. They are suspected of being those who sing the folk songs. They sometimes are seen painting the halls of the hospital.

Venom-Slugs[]

Venom-Slugs are venomous slugs who are mostly hostile to entities and humans and they are giants. They are easily identifiable since they are red and have black spots.

  • Touching a pool in The Darkened Hospital in Level -120 may teleport one here;
  • Noclipping through a hospital bed in Level 139 might lead one here.

  • One can randomly be teleported to Level -120;
  • Noclipping through a wall may lead one to Level -119;
  • Noclipping through the ceiling may lead one to Level -989.
  • Crying in this level may lead one to Level -121
