| First Unnamed Parameter | Localized Name | The localized name for that page. It can be replaced with romanization if the arte is not localized. |
| Second Unnamed Parameter | Japanese Text | The Japanese text for that arte. It can be replaced with the romanization if the arte is only spoken and has no official written name. |
| Third Unnamed Parameter | Romanized Text | Optional Parameter: Omitted if the arte is not localized or if the romanization matches the localized name. |
| Fourth Unnamed Parameter | Extra Text | Optional Parameter: Used for translations. |
| l | Link Name | Optional Parameter: Used if the arte requires a direct link due to conflicting arte pages. If the string "n" is entered, it will not link, which should only be used for generic enemy artes or normal attacks on the Narikiri Dungeon arte pages. |
| m | Masking Name | Optional Parameter: Used if the arte name needs to be masked for formatting reasons, such as with "Tremorous Celestial Sundering Shredding Light of Cyclonic Butchery". |
| m2 | Masking Name | Optional Parameter: Used if the Japanese arte name needs to be masked for formatting reasons, such as with "Mono Volt". |
| s | Shortened Name | Optional Parameter: Used to note if the arte name is shortened in some contexts, such as "Sword Rain: Alpha" being shortened to "Sword Rain A." in the menus of the Tales of Phantasia iOS release. |
| s2 | Shortened Japanese Name | Optional Parameter: Used to note if the Japanese arte name is shortened in some contexts. |
| r | Japanese Alternate Name | Optional Parameter: Used if the Japanese arte name has an alternate name, such as with Cheria Barnes's "Suijatou" (水蛇刀?) having the pronunciation of "Serpent" (サーペント?) in Tales of Graces. |
| r1 | Reference 1 | Optional Parameter: Used if the First Unnamed Parameter requires a reference. |

| f1 | Flip Localized Text | Optional Parameter: If anything is put with this parameter, it will flip the localized text used in the LocName check with the text in the Masking Name parameter. This is mainly to deal with Tremorous Celestial Sundering Shredding Light of Cyclonic Butchery. |
| f2 | Flip Japanese Text | Optional Parameter: If anything is put with this parameter, it will flip the Japanese text used in the LocName check with the text in the Japanese Alternate Name parameter. This is used to for games which do not use kanji for artes, such as the Narikiri Dungeon series. |
| n1 | Note 1 | Optional Parameter: Used for recurring notes as listed in Module:Item Note/data. This note goes with the Localized Name field. |
