Powerups are ways to further enhance your units and make them even stronger.
Stat Rerolling, added in Update 11, is a way to increase the base stats of any unit by using Stat Cubes or Perfect Stat Cubes to Reroll Stat Rerolls. You may get a worse base stat or a better base stat.
Requirements
To reroll a unit's base stat, you need at least one Stat Cube
or Perfect Stat Cube
which can be obtained from Evolving units, the Battlepass, Daily Challenges and Infinity Castle Rewards.
Rerolling and Worthiness
Talk to the Beeruh NPC (found at the Traits and Evolve area) and select "Reroll Potential". A menu will appear which will allow you to select any of your units and displays their current stats and Worthiness.
Worthiness is calculated based on takedowns on a unit, every 100 takedowns adds 1% Worthiness, so a unit must have 10,000 takedowns to get 100% Worthiness.
It's always recommended to bring a unit's Worthiness to 100% before rerolling any or all stats for a unit because you will have a higher chance to receive a good stat or stats such as a S.
Stat Cube
s will reroll ALL of a units stats, while as Perfect Stat Cube
s will only reroll the selected stat.
Evolution
When Evolving a unit, the stats of the unit will ALWAYS* be better than what it had when it was unevolved. So it is recommended to always reroll the Stats of your unit with high worthiness before evolving them. Note that the higher the %, the less increase it may get.
- Unevolved units with a SSS stat on them will NOT benefit from this, the % will stay the same.
Stat Transfer
You can transfer the stats of one unit to another by talking to Wish Girl (found at the Play area, next to the Kizzua NPC), and stat transfer attempts costs 5000 Gold each stat. The transfer has a 50% chance of succeeding regardless of what unit in question it is.
Rerolling Base Stats
Below are the possible stats you can get.
Curses, added in Update 6.5, are a way to increase the stats of any unit at the cost of another stat. Are you willing to sacrifice something?
Requirement

which can be obtained from the Cursed Womb dungeon or Battlepass . To enter the Cursed Womb dungeon, you need a Cursed Womb key which can be dropped from secret enemies that spawn in Cursed Academy Infinite.
Where to curse units
After you've received your first Cursed Finger, click/tap on it in your Items and you'll be brought to Sukuno's domain.
Curses can NOT be removed, curse your units wisely.

Notes
This is crucial to being able to perform the "infinite buff" with their abilities.
Limit Breaking, added in Update 19 is a mechanic that allows players to further increase the levels of their units, as well as providing a buff to their other equipped units.
In order to Limit Break a unit, you must have a Divine Wish and 12 unevolved towers of mythic/secret rarity, evolved mythics/secrets will count for double, only needing 6 total. You can fuse them together at the limit breaker located just outside of Evolution. After selecting the unit you want to Limit Break, select the sacrificial units, and then click limit break. All the units that you use for this process must be unlocked first.
Limit Breaking a unit increases its max level by 10, up to a current maximum of 110. This provides approximately a 18% increase to the towers damage. Increasing a towers levels do not change its other stats such as range or spa.
For every Limit Broken unit equipped by a player, all towers on that players team gain a stacking 5% damage buff. This buff is indicated by a small Divine Wish icon to the right of your units on your UI. You can have up to 6 Limit Broken units equipped at once, providing up to a 30% increase in damage for all of your units. Limit Breaking does not provide a buff to units owned by other players.
Divine Wish
The only current ways to obtain Divine Wishes is through Level Milestones at level 100 and through Daily Challenges. Daily Challenges have a guaranteed chance of giving one Divine Wish.
The maximum amount of Divine Wishes you can have at one time is 3.
