William Richard "Billy" West (born April 16, 1952) is an American voice actor, who is best known for his voice-work in a number of television shows, films and commercials. Some of his most notable credits include Ren Hoek (Season 3 and onward) and Stimpson (Stimpy) J. Cat on The Ren and Stimpy Show (1991-1995), Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in certain Looney Tunes productions, Doug Funnie and Roger Klotz on Doug (1991-1994)[1]; numerous roles in Futurama (1999-2013, 2023-) including Phillip J. Fry and Dr. Zoidberg, and advertising mascots The Red M&M and Buzz The Honey Nut Cheerios Bee.

On Animaniacs, he voiced Codger Eggbert (a caricature of Roger Ebert) in "Hooray for North Hollywood (Part 2)". He is also well-known to Pinky and the Brain fans for voicing many characters, including Larry. He would later return to the franchise in the 2005 video game Animaniacs: The Great Edgar Hunt.
