STAMPlorations - Stencil Sunday

It's the last Sunday this month and my turn

to create for STAMPlorations Stencil Sunday.

I bought some of the Distress Oxide inks and wanted to play with them.

I made a pair of ATC with those inks, kraft ATC base, gel pen and

Flutterby and Happy Flowers stencils,

words are from Artful Flutters stamp set.

Little moments

So the long weekend started and I wanted to

start relaxing and what would be a better way than to color a wee bit.

So I took my Inktense pens and this adorable House Mouse image.

Got it done just before bedtime, :=D

I trying to learn how to do CAS,

luckily there is so many wonderful

So today I'm showing the third and last of the

set of ATC's I made for Gecko Galz Alice challenge.

Using Gecko Galz freebie, colored with Copics

Background is a digital paper from Lozzy, set "It' Dark".

I think this solder has been so sloppy with his painting job,

that he wishes the Red Queen would keep her temper ... LOL

Love how the "mood" of the card changes,

just depending what colors I used.

Off with her head, ATC

Yesterday I made my first ATC (White rabbit),

and today was time for Red Queen to show up to the tea party.

Marble background, III

While my daughter was coloring Easter Eggs,

I made quite a bunch of marble backgrounds,

so this is my third post on the road using them.

Marbled background, II

Here's second card using the

marble background I made

while my daughter colored Easter Egs.

Heads stamp is Stampotique stamp that I manage to find

from a crafters flea market . Sad to say, there is not

many of their stamps available in Finland...

My daughter wanted to color some

Easter Eggs - and mommy wanted to play too.

So I dig up my marble colors.

I don't have too many, just clear, gold, silver, blue and red.

Blue spring flowers

There is a fabulous color combination in

Rubber Dance this month:

Doesn't that looks just gorgeous?

I made 2 cards using those colors and

Textured Flowers stamps

I stamped flowers and leaves to a kraft and colored

them with Prismacolors. Cut the images and glued them to the

kraft background.

Yay, it's April and Spring is coming so fast.

Much more light and longer days, love the season.

New month brings the new Mixed Media challenge at STAMPlorations.

The theme is always anything mixed media goes except a card

and you must use at least one stencil (any brand) in your project.

April in Dream in Darkness

Time for a Spring in Dream in Darkness challenge too,

the team is running wild without sponsor, but the challenge

has a cool prize however, :=)

This polymer stamp, size about 5,5cm x 11cm

cool image or what?

I made pair of cards using the stamps in my stash

Stamping, color powder, embossing powder ... totally having fun.

The sentiment is in Finnish and can be translated to "Hi Dude" or

very close to that, LOL.
