This week I would like to Introduce you to 2 new DT Members.
Please can you give a big warm welcome Meena Herale and Vrajangna Patel,
Here's a little something from both of them:

Meena
Hi, I'm Meena from India. I'm a differently able person (bedridden from past 10 years).
I have started doing Arts and Craft from childhood as a hobby.
I got interested in this by seeing my aunties.
When I was diagnosed with Spinal muscular atrophy type 2 when I was 12years old
my life stopped there because this disease has no cure.
I was broken and my all dreams was also broken,
at that time I didn't know what to do and how to come out of that.
At that time my mom pushed me completely into the craft world.
I did one year course in art and craft.
I wanted to learn more in craft but no one was ready to teach me
because I was differently able person, but I never gave up.
I learnt everything from YouTube and from books.
I took my hobby as my professional from year 1999.
I make fun fold cards, watercolouring, mixed media, DIY, altered art,
art journal, paper craft, scrapbook layout, hand embroidery, soft toys, decoupage,  etc.
I started blogging fromFeb 2016  I don't have any particular style.
I love to try new things in craft.
To me crafting is everything because through this I see outer world and can keep in touch with them.
It is the only one thing which makes me to forget my disease and worries.
People say I can't do anything being disabled,
I'm a waste body with of no use so by doing craft and art etc.
I show them that I can do everything like a normal person
and even I have my own small online handmade items business.

Hope I didn't made you bore by this bio.

Vrajangna
Myself Vrajangna Patel, I am a self learned artist,
begun my journey by exhibiting my paintings once in India
and second time in group show in London.
Gradually came across paper craft and then there was no looking back.
I love making fun fold cards, mini albums and now trying my hand on mixed media.
Have taken various teachers training on creatively teaching the curriculum to the kids.
Have also taken workshops on decoupage,  card making,  handmade flowers and album making.
I would like to share my Blog and my Facebook Page: Ravishing Art
