This little guy seems to like to hang out at the fringes of cataclysmic events. There is no evidence to suggest he has anything to do with the cause of these events, though - he's probably just an observer. Or maybe he just gets lost on his trek to other places.

Patch changes[]
Hotfix (2013-10-02): Rascal-Bot is no longer bind-on-pickup and players can have up to 3 them. The Phaser ability now has a duration of 1-round. - Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Added.
