Ich hatte am Wikidata WS teilgenommen. Ich habe eine Frage zu Wikidata. In der englischen Wikipedia gibt es einen Artikel "Helgoland Island air disaster", in dem falsche Koordinaten verwendet wurden. Der Absturz soll etwa 14 Seemeilen nördlich von Helgoland erfolgt sein, während die Koordianten östlich von Düsseldorf liegen. Die Aufnahme der Koordinaten erfolgte durch einen Bot 2023. Wenn ich jetzt in der englischen Wikipedia die falschen Koordinaten lösche, werden dann auch die falschen Koordinaten in in Wikidata angepasst oder bleiben die dort für immer falsch stehen? Sollte man sich "Pi mal Daumen" auf einer Karte die Koordinaten 14 Seemeilen nördlich von Helgoland ermitteln und eintragen (Genauigkeit z.B. 1 Seemeile)?

@Salino01 Die Koordinaten wurden mit diesem Edit von TheSoondunceMan eingetragen und dürften tatsächlich keinen Sinn ergeben. Sie wurden 2021 durch diesen Edit in Wikidata übernommen. Leider ist der Autor von w:de:LZ 14 verstorben, wir können ihn also nicht mehr um Mithilfe bitten. Ich würde die Koordinaten einfach in en.wp und Wikidata löschen. Daumen mal Pi ist in dem Fall schwierig, denn „nördlich“ ist ja nicht sehr präzise. Das wäre eher eine Aufgabe für Spezialisten in der Zukunft, es wird ja sicher in zeitgenössischen Quellen oder vielleicht auch in der Fachliteratur genauere Angaben geben.

Du musst in deine Special:MyPage/common.js folgende Zeile einfügen: imw.loader.load( '//www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=User:Lockal/EditSum.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript‘ ); Eventuell reloaden, dann solltest du bei allen Datenobjekten oben rechts einen Schalter „EditSum“ sehen, mit dem du Bearbeitungskommentare einschalten kannst. Bei der Änderung wird dir dann ein Feld angezeigt, mit dem du einen Bearbeitungskommentar eingeben bzw. ergänzen kannst.

Hallo Emu, Semjon Fjodorowitsch Belski (Q106510937) wurde von Matlin angelegt und am 16. Juni von einem neuen Benutzer mit jap. Namen (ツィプカ・ウエルド) mit einem anderen Datenobjekt zusammengeführt. Vermutlich eine weitere Sockenpuppe, wenn auch diesmal kein sprechender Name.

PS: Nutzt wieder "Mix'n'match" und "Import of Authority Control data via..."

It's a bit embarrassing that WIkidata users, instead of improving the data and removing vandalism (which has often been unchecked for a year!), report each other xDDD Well done Emu, your fancy woman did a brave job.

And okay, arguing and insulting is not cool (unless you are an administrator, of course), but hasn't anyone thought to contact this user, talk to him, find out why this is happening, propose a compromise: e.g. OK, you can edit Wikidata, but don't do this and that. Especially when a user does a good job (Matlin has about 700,000 edits from alleged "multi-accounts"). And they (administrators) behave like some kind of secret service, relying on reports from others and surveillance (checkuser, tracking the type of network and location). Primitive.

I don't think DJ Kamal Mustafa and his self-promoted movie "Operation Swift Retort" should be keep here on Wikidata. As he tried number of time for creation of his own name Wikipedia article and about his film as mentioned in this latest log. After an investigation one again his film has been deleted on all Wikis (including English Wikipedia, Simple English Wikipedia, Urdu Wikipedia, and Welsh Wikipedia is also in discussion).

As Mustafa's wikidata is created by his own Sockpuppet who was supporting his film with previous user title ' پاک آرمی زندہ باد' in 2019 deletion log too. It's totally against to Wikimedia rules to promoting him self or his own work. I think you should check them in detail and take an action on him. Thanks.
