Um.... Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the rules say NOT to call an On and Off Villain a Complete Monster? Besides, Mojo isn't THAT evil, is he? The only time that he even came close to becoming a CM was in the movie. In the series, though, he seems to be more of a selfish, troublemaking jerk, rather then being truly malovent and atrocious. Also I don't think he really hates the Powerpuff Girls enough to kill them like he claims he does, I feel his whole turn to villainy was because he noticed the Professor spending more time with the girls, and he felt unwanted. He's not that bad of a guy, but simply just a guy who wants to take over the world, yet has some empathy. If anything though he's more of an Anti-Hero, as he works neutrally. But i think you're right about how he doesn't really want to kill them even if he doesn't admit it, as he was able to forgive them in the last episode. They always had sort of a relationship outside of it all. In the movie, though, he wasn't truly evil either. I mean, he did break Moral Event Horizon but was actually avenging his race. In all sorts, though, Mojo is a Wildcard. Though he's usually on the villain side, he has fought for good several times. DiabolicCade (talk) 19.37, November 2, 2015
