Mutchy Mutchy, also known as Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy, is a Machine Mutant and a supporting antagonist of the Black Star Dragon Balls Saga from the Dragon Ball GT series.
He was voiced by the late Takeshi Watabe and currently by Mitsuaki Hoshino in the Dragon Ball Heroes in the Japanese version, and by Justin Cook in the English version.
Appearance[]
Mutchy's whip shape features a yellow handle with what appear to be many handle knots. The whip itself is a rich crimson color.
He takes on a more humanoid shape in his real form, yet with some unique traits. His top body, head, belt, and arms are a darker yellow, while his bottom body is black. The color of his shoulders, neck, and boots is brownish-orange.
His black beak-like snout, large sausage-like head, long ears, blue tongue, red sclerae, and bright blue irises are some of his distinguishing features. His whip-like arms, segmented with black lines and adorned with sharp spikes, are the most distinguishing feature of his physique.
Personality[]
Mutchy is a fervent member of the Luud cult, referring to himself as Luud's priest. It is demonstrated that he is unconcerned with the lives of his own followers if they displease him and would use whatever underhanded approach to beat his opponent.
History[]
Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy
Mutchy Mutchy at first only appeared as a whip used by Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy, who was the enforcer of Lord Luud's will in the Luud Cult. When Goku, Pan, and Trunks found the cult and destroyed Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy, Mutchy Mutchy revealed his true form. He fought the trio, but was eventually destroyed by Trunks.
Powers and Abilities[]
Mutchy may use his whips to execute strikes ranging from forcing wall-mounted blades to fly at the target to making hands to emerge from the ground and hold them. Mutchy can drain the life power of anyone who is wrapped in his whips.
Mutchy is able to overcome Goku and Trunks in their basic forms by controlling the Devil's Whip. Despite Dolltaki's belief that he would lose, he defeats basic Goku and goes on to overpower the Saiyan even after he becomes a Super Saiyan. However, Trunks catches him off surprise and destroys him.
