Kotomi Asakura is an antagonist in the 2015 video game Yakuza 0. She is the main antagonist of the Cabaret Czar storyline.
Throughout the storyline, she appears alongside Tsukiyama as his secretary, but once he loses the rival battle between Club Sunshine and Club Moon, she shoots Tsukiyama and reveals herself to be the mastermind behind the Five Stars conspiracy.
Following this she tells Majima to come to Cabaret Grand, where she has four bodygards attempt to kill Majima. When they fail, Kotomi pulls a gun on Majima and threatens to kill him. At this point, Tsukiyama shows up and talks her down, showing her the mistakes she made. Once this happens, Kotomi attempts to kill herself but is stopped by Majima.
Following this, Kotomi reveals that her motivations were trying to make as much money as possible since she believed that money was the most important thing in life. This belief spawned from the death of her sister, who died because her family couldn't afford her surgery.
Tsukiyama then convinces Kotomi to turn themselves in, but they both vow to eventually make a cul similar to Club Sunshine.
