Harley Ross is the main antagonist of the FBI: Most Wanted episode “Shattered”. He is a domestic abuser who starts killing people in order to find his ex-girlfriend and his daughter. He is infamously known for killing supervisory special agent Jess LaCroix.
Biography[]
Harley beat his ex-girlfriend repeatedly and sent her to the emergency room six times. When Doctor Johnson asked if she was being abused, she declined it and said she fell down the stairs. Finding out that she had a daughter, Harley wanted to genuinely take care of his sick daughter, setting him off to commit a murder spree.
Just for drugs and information on Lucy, Harley breaks into doctor Johnson’s home and robs the house, and when the doctor doesn’t answer a question, shoots the teenager Kelvin, the wife Jade, and the doctor himself. Harley initiates more killing sprees when he breaks into another doctors’ house, empties his revolver, puts one bullet in, spins the gun, pulls the trigger twice on the wife, and shoots both dead after getting information. Harley finds a woman named Alicia who got a call about abuse and tortures her by drowning. After escaping by carjacking a van, Harley murders a caretaker and his wife before kidnapping Lucy. While having Lucy captive, he strangled her with a belt and beat her to find out where his daughter was. Harley arrives at the hospital to find his daughter but runs away when cops come. When Jess LaCroix finds Lucy and saves her, Harley shoots Jess in the throat, killing him and causing his own life
