Gretchen Johnson is the main antagonist of the Dhar Mann video "POOR Boy Has TAP WATER For SCHOOL LUNCH, What Happens Next Is Shocking".

She’s an abusive foster care mother who treated Joey poorly after his mom had died and treated him like a slave in her restaurant. Despite this, she acts friendly towards customers when giving them their orders. She was arrested afterward by the police after Joey's teacher said she would call the cops on her for her abuse.

She’s portrayed by Nerissa Tedesco.

Biography[]

Prior to the events of the video, Joey's mom had died due to being really sick. She was sent to the hospital for treatment, only for her to be revealed to have passed away. Joey would later be adopted by Gretchen in a foster care, who was already shown to despise him. Gretchen used Joey as a slave by forcing him to work with her in a restaurant, but would never feed Joey or provide any care for him, forcing him to sleep on a mattress in the restaurant, which she had threatened to take away.

In the video, Joey had arrived at the restaurant late, much to Gretchen's anger as she yells at him and takes his blanket away as a punishment for a week, and that if Joey disobeys her again then she will take the mattress as well. Joey asks her for money for school lunch as he had spent it all, but she refuses as she gave him $7 the day before.

Later, Joey's teacher Mrs. Stevens enters the restaurant and overhears Gretchen yelling at Joey (who had returned home early thanks to his greedy teacher Mr. Smiley stealing his food) to not eat any food until the entire kitchen is clean. She goes into the kitchen where she finds Joey, who tells her what happened. Gretchen, however, comes back and asks Mrs. Steven who she is. The latter says she is Joey's teacher and is going to take him away from her, stating that she will call the police on Gretchen for violating child labor laws, afterward leaving along with Joey.

In the end, Gretchen was arrested by the police for child abuse.

Personality[]

Gretchen is shown to be an abusive foster mother who treats children as slaves by making them work in restaurants, but does not provide them with any care whatsoever. She has a tendency to get extremely irritated if Joey messes something up, with his punishment being something getting taken away from him for a week. Despite this, Gretchen acts nice towards customers when giving them their orders, possibly as a way to hide her abusive tendencies.

Trivia[]

There is a similar Dhar Mann villain played by the same actress (Nerissa Tedesco) in the “Foster MOM STARVES her 10-YEAR-OLD” named Fran who was an owner of the defunct “Fran’s Cafe” who also enslaves her foster daughter named Hallie Mundie to work in her kitchen. However, instead of going to jail in the end, Fran ends up being homeless. However, Fran was homeless 10 years later after Hallie was taken from her. It’s implied that her shop was closed down for good after Hallie was taken from her and she was arrested for several years and ended up homeless after being released.
