Gaston, also known as the Merciless Beast Hunter and formerly the Royal Hunstsman, is a playable character in the 2022 mobile role-playing video game Disney Mirrorverse, as well as the main antagonist of the graphic novel spin-off Disney Mirrorverse: Belle.
In the game, he is a Ranged Guardian and an ally to the other Guardians in holding off the Fractured. However, in the graphic novel, much like his original counterpart, he is an egotistical hunter who is obsessed with marrying Belle, but is willing to commit even more heinous deeds to achieve his goal.

Appearance[]
Gaston looks almost the same as his original version, but wears more battle-suited attire, has an antlered wolf pelt on his shoulders and wields a large cross-bow.
Personality[]
In the Mirrorverse, Gaston is every bit as narcissistic as his original counterpart, often bragging about his accomplishments. However, he seems to be even more evil, sometimes barring residents of the village from re-entering so that they could become corrupted by the cursed forest, including Belle's father, Maurice and even his own lackey, LeFou.
Abilities and Powers[]
Gaston is an accomplished fighter and huntsman. As a Ranged Guardian, he is more appropriate for attacks from afar then up-close.
