Elias Marcos is a one-time antagonist of the TV show Justified. He is a consigliere in the Tonin mob who is sent by Theo Tonin to kill Ethan Picker as revenge for the murder of his son Sammy.

He was portrayed by Alan Tudyk, who also portrayed Van Wayne in Powerless, the Joker in Harley Quinn, Lenny and Dab the Dodo in Ice Age, the Duke of Weselton in Frozen, Alistair Krei in Big Hero 6, Duke Weaselton in Zootopia, Ben Chapman in 42, Ludo in Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Turbo in Wreck-It Ralph, Doctor Phosphorus in Creature Commandos, Captain Cold in Young Justice, and Iago in the 2019 live action remake of Aladdin.

Biography[]

In the Season Five episode "Shot All To Hell", Marcos interrogates Al Sura, one of the Canadian mobsters responsible for blackmailing Picker into assassinating Sammy. Sura admits that he gave information to the US marshals, and reveals that a Kentucky lawman was present when Tonin mob member Nick Augustine was murdered, to which Marcos replies that it was Picker, who killed Augustine to prevent Sammy's murder at Augustine's hands. He then shoots and kills Sura as revenge for his involvement, leaving his body by the car.

Later, he waits outside a diner where Picker is eating with Wynn Duffy and Mike Cosmatopolis. When Duffy and Mike leave, Marcos gets into a brief standoff with them before departing. Soon after, he returns to kill Picker, but is forced to leave when US marshal Art Mullen shows up. After Picker reveals Marcos's identity, Art and fellow marshal Raylan Givens track him to a warehouse, where he ambushes them with an automatic shotgun from behind the crates. However, Marcos misses with every shot, allowing Raylan to sneak behind his cover and shoot him in the back while he attempts to reload.
