Count Dracula is the main antagonist of the 2017 British-German animated film Monster Family and the overarching antagonist in its 2021 sequel Monster Family 2: Nobody's Perfect.
He was voiced by Jason Isaacs, who also played Colonel Mekum in Soldier, William Tavington in The Patriot, Lucius Malfoy and the Basilisk in the Harry Potter film franchise, Captain James Hook in the 2003 Peter Pan film, Zhao in Avatar: The Last Airbender, Ra's al Ghul in Batman: Under the Red Hood, Satan in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, The Grand Inquisitor in Star Wars Rebels, Reza Zaydan in HITMAN, Dr. Heinreich Volmer in A Cure for Wellness, Gabriel Lorca in Star Trek: Discovery, SkekSo in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, the titular character in Superman: Red Son, Dick Dastardly in Scoob!, Billy Butcher in The Boys Presents: Diabolical, Enver Gortash in Baldur's Gate 3 and Brainiac in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Although not much is known, Dracula imprisoned Baba Yaga a thousand years ago and all this time, he was single.
Monster Family[]
While Dracula was flying back to the castle, he was sunburned but managed to enter the castle and when he arrived, one of his bats began madly walking around playing the piano key and Dracula grabbed the bat and finished the piano music, when an unknown woman called (accidentally) him, she asked if Dracula has false vampire teeth and he replied that his teeth are true and introduced himself as Dracula but when she wanted to turn off her phone, Dracula begged her not to do it because he is so lonely, the woman introduced herself as Emma Wishbone and lost her phone by finishing the call.
Dracula went to Baba Yaga to ask her to turn Emma into a vampire, but when she said that Dracula could still turn her into a vampire, he replied that Emma could lose her soul if she is bitten, Baba Yaga was warning that it will only work if the person is unhappy and he said she is very unhappy.
When Emma tried to bite someone on the plane, Dracula stopped paralyzing everyone except Emma who went to ask him how he got on the plane, he introduced himself as Dracula and asked her to go with him to the castle and she said she can't leave the family and just went out with him because he didn't want to kill anyone, Dracula pushed Emma out of the castle and while she replied that he misses a parachute the Dracula said they're just for the weak and took her to a well decorated ship, Dracula used a vial of blood to lure Emma but then turned the bottle into a pill and said he had to accept it, when Emma swallowed the pill she returned to normal and when Emma qiz returned to the family Dracula asked if they make her happy and she answered sometimes and he said that Emma deserves to be always happy , when Emma still wanted to return to the family just because a mother must accept the good and the bad things, Dracula kicked her out and wanted revenge in throwing a snowflake into the sun (unless Baba Yaga gets rid of Emma's family).
When the family left Emma alone and she told them to be better apart, Dracula was happy to have a second chance to win her over, when she went to attack a couple of tourists Dracula threw a pill in her mouth to get back to normal and Emma was happy to see Dracula, she accepted him because she thinks her family is better off without her and when Dracula went to need the beauty balho not to grow old He called Renfield to take Emma to her room.
After she and her family discovered the truth, they came to face Dracula, when he opened his eyes he went to warn Emma that she brought holy water, she replied that his heart is so black that he does not deserve to have love and before she put the holy water in the beauty bath, he threw an anti-antidote into her mouth which brought him his murderous nature back , before she could bite her own husband Frank Wishbone, Frank said he loves her and she kissed him which broke Dracula's heart, Dracula came out of the beauty bath in anger, he paralysed everyone and took them all to the chains (except Baba Yaga and Renfield).
When the Wishbones woke up, Dracula came to talk to Emma in anger that she betrayed him and he replied that he now prefers to destroy, Dracula also brought Baba Yaga back to her cell (with Refield), while Dracula was waiting for the sun to appear for him to cast a giant snowflake, the Wishbones (now humans again) appeared and threw his bats (which had just betrayed him) and they bit his hands to stop him he paralyzed them again, when Dracula told them that he can still press a button, Cheyenne went to attack him and pressed the button on his suit which made him fly and Cheyenne had to hold a lamp so as not to fall, Dracula turned into a bat and told the Wishbones that they look horrible and Emma told Dracula that he will never have a family and Frank went to face Dracula but he pushed him , while Emma's son Max Wishbone attacks Dracula, he threw him to the ground easily, Emma and her daughter Fay Wishbone were attacking him at the same time, grabbed them at the same time and also threw them to the ground, before Dracula could press the button, Emma discovered that there is still the sun to defeat him and opened the curtain to push him away from the button Fay and Frank also opened but due to Max's size, he can't and Fay came to help him open before Dracula could catch him, while Dracula tries to avoid being sunburned, Emma brought a small snowflake and froze him.
Monster Family 2: Nobody's Perfect[]
Precisely one year after his defeat, Dracula, still frozen in his monstrous bat form, is released when Mila Starr arrives at his palace to retrieve him for her parents, inadvertently causing him to unfreeze by letting in the sunlight. After thawing, Dracula refuses to leave with Mila but fails to both intimidate and properly attack her due to her advanced technology. He is quickly knocked out by his own chandelier falling on him, causing him to revert back to his normal appearance before being detained.
For the majority of the film, Dracula remains imprisoned in the Starrs’ floating headquarters alongside the other monsters in an unconscious stasis, as the Starrs explain their need for him due to his immortality. He makes small cameos on his Bat Ship as a pre-recorded, programmed AI, which had been taken by the Wishbones some time after his defeat.
Near the climax, as the Wishbones free the other monsters from their stasis, Emma, remembering him as their foe, decides to not free Dracula and leave him where he is, stating he is right where he belongs. Unfortunately, the crumbling debris of the Starrs’ headquarters allows his pod to open up, thus freeing him. He is at first disoriented from his stasis, but quickly readjusts long enough to confront the Wishbones yet again. Dracula once again tries to intimidate them as he states his goal to re-enact his vengeance on them, and transforms into his monstrous bat form once again, but unfortunately for him, neither Wishbones or the other inhabitants are intimidated by him in the slightest, and instead tease him for his introducing monologue (of which he calls himself “beautiful”). Believing Dracula to be more so a nuisance than a serious threat, Max shrinks him with one of the Starrs’ gadgets, once again humiliating and defeating Dracula. During the evacuation, Dracula is forced to endure the “playtime” of his former bats, who keep him detained in his shrunken state.
In the mid-credits scene, Dracula, seemingly back in his castle, is shown browsing through the Wishbones’ photos of their adventure, before proclaiming that he will bide his time before he is able to enact his vengeance upon them. As he walks out onto the balcony to cackle, it is revealed that he is still in his shrunken state and his lair is now kept in a glass case by Baba Yaga and his former servant, Renfield, who both proceed to sprinkle in food for him as if he was more so a pet than a captive.
