I find it highly confusing how it first states that pure evil villains can be here, and then state they cannot be here...

Remorseful invalidated?[]

Even if villains are redeemed, that doesn't suddenly absolve them of all their crimes and they can still feel remorseful over it (e.g. Taheji Koyoma, what used to be Anissa). These two categories should be hand-in-hand, not mutually exclusive.

We should axe that point IMO.
