A weaver was an artistic endeavor. Many such artists worked on the planet Naboo. Before her recruitment as a handmaiden^[1] in 32 BBY,^[2] Yané worked a loom to make blankets for a hospital, and kept that skill to carry secrets during the Invasion of Naboo.^[1]
