Koboh Matter

Koboh Matter,^[2] also known as Koboh dust,^[1] was a highly volatile substance believed to have originated from deep within the Koboh Abyss. The gaseous substance sometimes combined into thick, solid strands that retained their highly magnetized properties. All forms of standard manipulation, including lightsaber strikes, were ineffective against its structure when in solid form. As a dust, the substance was rapidly fatal upon inhalation by humans. Koboh Matter was able to be repelled by energized orbs created during the High Republic Era. It was poorly understood^[1] by 9 BBY.^[3]
