Cli Pastayra was a male Pau'an criminal and a member of the criminal organization Wandering Star on the planet Utapau.^[2] By around 17 BBY,^[1] he found and smashed Fyzen Gor's droid army and captured him.^[2] Around 3 BBY,^[1] he organized the auction of the Phylanx Redux Transmitter on Cantonica. During the proceedings, an unknown assailant shot Pastayra through the hand. While trying to make his escape backstage, he was killed by the droid Fenbolt.^[2]
