Tiosulfat—ditiol sumportransferaza (EC 2.8.1.5, tiosulfatna reduktaza, TSR) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tiosulfat:ditioeritritol sumportransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tiosulfat + ditioeritritol sulfit + 4,5-cis-dihidroksi-1,2-ditiacikloheksan (i.e. oksidovani ditioeritritol) + sulfid
Enzim iz hlorele ima neznatnu aktivnosti na monotiolima poput glutationa i cisteina.
