6-O-metilnorlaudanozolin 5'-O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.121, 6-O-methylnorlaudanosoline 5'-O-methyltransferase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:6-O-metilnorlaudanozolin 5'-O-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + 6-O-metilnorlaudanozolin S-adenozil-L-homocistein + nororientalin
Nororientalin je prekurzor alkaloida papaverina.
