Arahidonska kiselina 5-hidroperoksid (5-hidroperoksieikozatetraenoinska kiselina, 5-HPETE) je intermedijer u produkciji leukotriena A4 iz arahidonske kiseline.[3]
Ovu kiselinu formira arahidonat 5-lipoksigenaza.[4]
