The Boost Energy^[1] is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is an item used to refill the Boost Gauge.

The Boost Energy takes the form of light blue lightning bolt.

Overview[]

In Sonic Dream Team, the Boost Energy is scattered throughout Stages. If the Boost Gauge is running out, the player has to collect Boost Energy to replenish it. Any Badniks that are destroyed by the player will release five Boost Energy.
