Anwara Taimur

Syeda Anwara Taimur (24 November 1936 – 28 September 2020) was an Indian politician. She was Chief Minister of Assam from 6 December 1980 to 30 June 1981.[1] She was a leader of the Indian National Congress.

Taimur died in Australia from cardiac arrest on 28 September 2020 at the age of 83.[2]
