Sekundarni alkohol oksidaza (EC 1.1.3.18, polivinil alkohol oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sekundarni-alkohol:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sekundarni alkohol + O2 keton +H2O2
Ovaj enzim deluje na sekundarne alkohole sa pet ili više ugljenika, i polivinilne alkohole sa molekulskom masom preko 300 Da. Pseudomonas enzim sadrži jedan atom gvožđa izvan hema po molekulu.
