Here's a throwback post featuring some of my valentine's creations that I had made on past few week!

A whimsical Valentine's Vanilla pound cake with a strawberry-flavored funfetti heart hidden inside in Dollhouse Miniature Scale 1:12th. A really romantic unique sweet cake!

I'm always love to challenge and make something truly unique to my own brand. So I decided to experience make the pound cake with hidden heart make inside. A lot of work and patient required on making this details work out of polymer clay!  I'm happy with the results and love how they turned out! You will be delighted with its textured details!

I made a moist vanilla butter pound cake with lovely secret strawberry-flavored heart-shaped funfetti cake design running through the middle. Topped fantastic drizzled with vanilla ganache and decorate with sprinkles and hearty candies decorated on it. Very stunning and scrumptious!

▼Decadent Chocolate Truffle Layered Cake handmade lovingly by me in 1:12 scale dollhouse miniature food

This beautiful Chocolate Truffle Layered Cake made layered with milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate ganache, then covered in dark chocolate frosting. Topped have been drizzled with dark chocolate and decorated with raspberries, chocolate stick biscuit roll and star cookies in once continuous stream. The little "Merry Christmas" tag in between enhance this beautiful cake! Very stunning and festive touch!

Each slices of this patisserie handmade decorated with raspberry and chocolate plates on top of dark chocolate ganache. A little Gold sprinkles added enhance to this beautiful dessert. Simply stunning and elegance! You will delightful by the intricate textured of these patisseries itself.

Beautiful Raspberry Chocolate Ruffle Bag Dessert made filled with raspberry, star cookies and chocolate biscuit roll. A little gold flakes added to the top of ganache to give an extra special touch of each dessert. All hand sculpt with a lot of efforts by me to be meticulous attention details for each pastry. Simply stunning and realistic!

Each dessert bottom made wrapped with gold foil.

Happy Monday all! How was your weekend? I do hope you all have a wonderful lovely weekend.

After experienced making all the mini assorted thankgiving pies, it's make me feels to challenge making some big pies too. Before start working, I did explored and gathered inspirations from internet for some real food thankgiving desserts. I loved how they looks yummy lovely together with fall leaves. So, this was how I had spent my weekend time on new task experiment making realistic thanksgiving dessert pumpkin pies and turned them into miniature size with my own sculpture style.

Happy Thursday all.

Just want to share a little updated on my works in progress. I'm still in the mood creating autumn themed~ harvest thanksgiving food pastries. Love those beautiful cake pastries with lovely maple leaf, pumpkin, nuts...and so on. They are beautiful combination and I just want incorporate all of them into one pastry.

Here's my first time experienced on making assorted thanksgiving pies in dollhouse miniature scale 1:12 out of polymer clay. They're unbaked yet. I had tried challenge to make pumpkin pies, maple leaf pie, mini pecan pie tart, pumpkin tart with marple leaf decor.

Happy Wednesday everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful week so far.

Just want to share one of my new collection fall dessert~ Mixed Nuts Pumpkin Checkerboard that I had completed on past weekend in Dollhouse Miniature scale 1/12th out of polymer clay

I have so much fun and enjoyed very much on creating this irresistible Pumpkin Checkerboard Cake with mixed nuts topping. I'm had made this dessert with alternating squares of vanilla and pumpkin cake then carefully pieced them together with caramel filling in between each layered to form this delightful checkerboard cake. Each layered of the cake was hand sculpt with a lot of efforts to be meticulous attention to textured details.

Yeah, I'm always pleasure and happy to see the detailness in my creations!

I have many ideas would like to incorporate to my dessert. So I decide to make a realistic wood bark lining along each side of the loaf cake to giving a looks of harvest. Topped fantastic decorating with copious amounts of mixed nuts including cashews, pistachios, almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts. This was my first time experienced on making my own assortment nuts and I quite satisfied the first time result. They're definite makes everything looks so stunning and scrumptious! What more? I also made added a little sugar pumpkin, together pumpkin vine and marple leave to enhance the beauty of this cake.Truly unique to my own brand.

Makes me smile just looking at them especially when they look so much realistic until you want to have a lick but they in much smaller scale:) I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I'm enjoyed created them:)
