Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo is a smart clock created by Nintendo. It was announced on October 9, 2024 with a soft release through My Nintendo. The clock features various wake-up alarms based on various Nintendo Switch games. It can also track the user's motions during their sleep and can detect when they wake up.
Features[]
The device is mainly an alarm clock. When it reaches the set time, the clock will play out a scene from the game with sound effects to try and wake up the user. The clock has a sensor in it that can detect the user motions. Sound effects will increase once it detects the user has started to move. Once the user full gets up, it will play a fanfare and move to the end of the alarm. The alarm has a button option if sleeping with multiple people. The device also has atmospheric sleepy sounds for entering bed at night and an hourly chime. The device can track the user's movements.
Alarmo features scenes from various Nintendo titles with updates to add additional games. The base device included 35 alarms based on 5 games. The chosen game also influences the User Interface of the design.
