Norman Ernest Borlaug (25 Mac 1914 – 12 September 2009)[3] merupakan seorang pakar agronomi dan kemanusiaan Amerika Syarikat yang membawa inisiatif di seluruh dunia yang menyumbang untuk peningkatan berterusan dalam pengeluaran pertanian dipanggil Revolusi Hijau. Borlaug telah dianugerahkan beberapa penghargaan untuk hasil kerjanya, termasuk Hadiah Keamanan Nobel, Pingat Kebebasan Presiden dan Kongres Pingat Emas.
