I'm ashamed to admit that sometimes I get so busy that I forget to do food shopping, and often the only thing that's left in the house are a couple of eggs. :) Thanks LORD for my husband, who has a little garden in our backyard, and thus during the summer time and way well into the fall we at least have fresh tomatoes, herbs and some berries. Yes, to my surprise wild strawberries bloom all summer long, and in September we have a good bunch of them, for kids to enjoy.

Anyways, getting back to a quick sandwich. When everyone is hungry and needs to eat fast, I make an egg salad sandwiches. You all know how to make an egg salad. I just add a few more surprises to this salad, such as chives, parsley and if I have available finely, very finely, diced bell pepper. Egg salad will find it's way to the toast, on top we'll add few slices of tomato, spritz of olive oil and you've got yourself a gourmet egg salad sandwich. :)) Enjoy!

Time flies so fast, and it looks like winter is just around the corner. To get into winter spirit I made this Christmas ornament card. Somehow I was in the blue mood yesterday, so I made a blue card.

My "virtual" friend gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on Tuesday night. For this occasion I made a card for her - It's a BOY!!! Me and her we have a special connection, even thou we have not seen each other in person yet. I believe that soon I will have a chance to meet with her and talk about life, kids, husband and overbearing love of our mothers. Natalie, hope you will get this card soon and it will bring a smile to your face. XOXOXO
