Sweet Nostalgia
I'm turning 30 this Saturday, eeep! I'm looking forward to it because I'm going to have a party with my friends but I definitely don't feel like a 30-year old!
Yesterday I was cleaning out my old room at my parents' house and found this photo of me at a horse riding camp aged 11, so sweet! I remember I had such a good time at that camp, all the kids and the leaders were really nice and we had fun together. I used to love horse riding and I miss it sometimes.
Another interesting find from my old room was this drawing, I forgot I had done this but as you can see I was designing mobile phone covers already as a child! :) I love the old school Nokia phone model!
Have you found any sweet old memories while cleaning lately?

Does Anyone Know What This Is?
First we thought it was a mini rolling pin, but that just seems stupid! Then James suggested that it's the thing you use with a mortar to crush herbs... maybe he's right, what do you think?

Sweden Showed Its Dark and Ugly Side
The Swedish Election for Parliament yesterday turned out catastrophic. A far-right party (SD) got 5.7% of the votes and won 20 of the 349 seats in the parliament. Their success meant that the centre-right alliance was deprived of a majority, even though they technically won the election with 49.3% of the votes. I am worried about my country. Sweden is known and admired around the world for its tolerance, liberal policies and good well fare system. I don't want it to get soiled by these idiots' ideology. Shame on you if you voted for them!
Now I'm hoping the other parties can work together to make sure the SD will get absolutely no influence in making decisions for our country.
