The Hospital Director outfit is a unique disguise that can be found in HITMAN™. It consists of a lab coat worn over a blue suit, tie and vest, glasses and a wig.
Description[]
Situs Inversus[]
Worn by Akira Nakamura, the director of the GAMA facility. In Situs Inversus this disguise grants access to every part of the map except for the operating theater, the stem cell storage and the guest rooms of Amos Dexter, Jason Portman, and 47. Guards at checkpoints will not frisk 47 in this disguise. Despite the director being presumably well-known in the facility, surprisingly few characters will be able to see through this disguise.
Disguised as hospital director, 47 can interact with Yuki Yamazaki and trigger a private meeting with her at the cable car.
In Patient Zero, this disguise is almost the same except it no longer grants access to the ground floor of the hospital due to the quarantine.

Trivia[]
- In Situs Inversus, the Hospital Director outfit is arguably the single best disguise on the map, as it allows the player into almost all sections of the hospital. Nevertheless, the Surgeon disguise retains a slight advantage in that it allows access to the room containing operating controls.
- If approaching the operating control room while in the director's clothes, the guards will remind the player that they were ordered by him (the director) not to allow anybody other than surgeons inside, including the director himself.
